"The Salsa Taste Test"

I am sooooo sorry this took so long to get up on the site. I was slow about getting it done, but even after I shot it, and got it edited, and ready to upload, I had some computer issues to work through. Now that it is fixed we are ready to go.

I was set up! My friend, Mark Hensley, nonchalantly suggested that I do a salsa taste test and I thought - "That's a good idea." Per Mark's suggestion I solicited anyone who desired to participate to send me a salsa and video me tasting the different salsa's and giving my opinion (I love to give my opinion on stuff). As soon as I agreed and announced it I got a salsa in the mail from North Carolina. Mark had gone online to find the hottest salsa that he could and had it sent to me (it was made in Texas but sent from North Carolina). I did get two other ones in the mail to test as well. Anyway, I had Matthew and Jennifer help me with this blogcast since we all have slightly different tastes. It is shot from our kitchen in Midlothian.

It is a little longer than the 10 minute deal I shoot for, but I think you will enjoy it. It takes about 16 minutes to watch.

In the next week or so I will be shooting a catch chat with my friend John.
